I've had nothing but excellent, honest service on all my vehicles...and had my truck engine rebuilt by the great Mechanics at Credence. Absolutely recommend them

We have used Credence for several years with no issue. Today we needed an oil change and, due to a technical glitch, they instead did almost $500 worth of work. This could have been a 1 star review. They did do the work, but we didn't approve it. They could have charged us, but they owned the error, and ate the additional cost. Incredibly grateful for all the work they have done over the years, and the level of integrity they show.

Huge thanks to the technician and entire crew at Credence Automotive Repair. We came in from out of state for a pre-purchase inspection, and they were absolutely outstanding to work with. Cody did an incredibly thorough job on the inspection and took the time to clearly walk us through what he was seeing, including photos and explanations that were easy to understand and genuinely helpful. Matt and Ronnie were also great to work with from start to finish—professional, responsive, and respectful of our time. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no shortcuts. Just honest, detailed work and clear communication. You could tell the whole team genuinely cares about doing the right thing for the customer, even when the outcome isn’t a repair. If I lived in Rogers, this would be my go-to shop without question. Can’t thank Cody, Matt, Ronnie, and the rest of the team enough. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.

The team at Creedence Automotive Repair was exceptional from start to finish. I came to them in a stressful situation, and their professionalism, clear communication, and honesty made all the difference. Even though I ultimately chose not to repair my vehicle because I decided to trade it in, they still treated me with the same level of care and respect as if I were doing a full service. It’s rare to find a shop that puts integrity first, but Creedence absolutely does. Their transparency and willingness to help, without pressure, made me a lifelong customer. I highly recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy automotive care.
